Biography

I am a PhD candidate in the French department. I work on the relationship between language and sensation in twentieth century literature and philosophy, mainly in the work of Nathalie Sarraute, Monique Wittig and Francis Ponge. I am currently working on the convergences between Sarraute’s account of the links between language and experience and Bertrand Russell’s concept of “knowledge by acquaintance”.
