Study Abroad

The University's Education Abroad Program (EAP) offers opportunities for study in France. This program carries university credit and is generally open to students in their junior or senior year.

Interested students should obtain the relevant information early in the year preceding the one in which they plan to go abroad from:

The Berkeley Programs for Study Abroad Office
160 Stephens Hall
(510) 642-1356
eapucb@berkeley.edu
www.ias.berkeley.edu/bpsa

EAP currently requires full-year program participants to complete through French 4 or the equivalent and to have an overall grade point average and a grade point average in French of at least 3.0.

BE ADVISED: Consult with the Undergraduate Advisor before going abroad (whether through EAP or non-UC sponsored programs) in order to determine whether your program of study will count toward your French Major or Minor.
